Enjoy the stunning east coast views of this brand new holiday home overlooking Kakanui Beach and river. There is plenty of room to relax or work with an open plan breakfast bar, lounge, and dining area. Take in the morning and afternoon sun on the front and back decks, and enjoy the ambience of the wood fire in the cooler months. Kakanui is popular for dog walking, whitebait fishing, surfing, and whale spotting! Easy 12 min drive to Oamaru town, or 20 mins to Moeraki boulders.
Good to know
New holiday home that boasts a large master bedroom with queen bed, full-size ensuite, and a sliding door that opens onto the front deck with sea views. The other two bedrooms have comfortable queen beds with doors that open onto the sunny back deck. The second bathroom has a shower, bath, and separate toilet. The house front and back decks have outdoor furniture and a large gas BBQ. Heated by wood fire and heat pump. All brand new appliances and quality bed linens. The house has a staircase at the front door that leads to the living areas and bedrooms. No disabled access.
Other Details to Note
There is no barrier built on the edge of the back deck as yet, so not suitable for young children, and others need to take note of this. The house is not fully fenced so is not suitable for animals.
